Mortgage Location Surveys show the approximate location of permanent improvements on a property. They are typically requested by the lender and ordered by the title company involved in the transaction. Our goal is to have these surveys completed in about a week, but some outlying counties could take longer. We can also complete these surveys quicker when requested if workload and weather permit.
These are not boundary surveys and are not to be used for the establishment of fences or any other improvements. If you need to know your exact boundary, please see our land surveying services.
The prices listed below refer to single family, residential properties that are less than 2 acres.
For single family, residential properties between 2 acres and 5 acres in size, the prices listed below will be increased by $50.
Business, commercial, multi-family, 2-part surveys, 3-part surveys and all parcels over 5 acres will be quoted on an individual basis.
